TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

To comply with our company standards, Health and Safety Legislation, and insurance requirements, it is important that you read, understand, and agree to the following:

General

iWellness does not include diagnosis or treatment of underlying medical conditions.

The treatment, advice and information offered by iWellness representatives does not replace the advice or care of medical professionals. It is advisable that you inform both your medical practitioner and any complementary practitioners of the treatment you are undertaking at iWellness.

Initial consultation

A fee of $50 is payable for initial consultation and is redeemable against the cost of your first treatment and must be paid at the time of the booking to secure your appointment. All consultations are free of obligation.

Payment terms

All treatments must be paid for in advance of or at the time of the treatment. iWellness accepts payment for goods and services by cash, debit, or credit card. A 1.5% surcharge applies for credit card and PayWave transactions.

Treatment programs

All treatment sessions must be completed within the timeframe stated on the course plan, or within six months of the course purchase date. Unused treatments sessions after this time will expire and are on a non-refundable basis.

Adjustments to the treatment program

Treatment programs are devised with the aim of achieving the best results possible. However, on occasion it may be necessary to adjust the program on an ongoing basis, to ensure that optimum results continue to be achieved. For example, your body may not be in a suitable condition for the planned treatment on the day of the appointment, or you may simply have an unforeseen lifestyle commitment. Any such adjustments to a treatment program will be discussed with you, prior to treatment commencing. Your verbal agreement in these circumstances will be taken as implicit consent.

Comfort and safety

Noise levels must be always kept to a minimum, in consideration of both clients in treatment and practitioners administering such treatments.

Mobile phones must be switched off or put on silent whilst in the clinic. They are not to be used while undertaking treatment.

Appointment information

Although iWellness aims to run the clinic efficiently, with appointments on time, there may be occasions when the clinic is running behind schedule. Your practitioner will ensure that you are seen as soon as possible should these circumstances arise.

If you are running late for your appointment, you must notify the clinic as soon as possible. In such circumstances, iWellness reserves the right to alter the order of appointments for the remaining clinic session, thereby possibly further delaying your appointment.

Preparing for treatment

You must avoid alcohol and any recreational drugs for 48 hours prior to treatment undertaken in the clinic. iWellness cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of the aforementioned substances.

You must ensure that you have had sufficient food and that you are adequately hydrated before undergoing treatment.

You will remain fully clothed for the treatment; however, we do recommend you come dressed in loosely fitted clothing to help achieve the best positioning. There can be no metal in the surrounding area (piercings and jewellery must be removed).

Client Privacy Policy

Keeping your personal information safe and secure is our top priority. You can view our full privacy policy at www.iwellness.kiwi or ask us for a copy.

Client satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided by iWellness, you must contact the clinic within 24 hours so that the situation may be rectified.
